Best Insurance - Rates and Service 5/11/2011

To be perfectly honest, I originally switched to GEICO for the cost savings, which is pretty significant. But when I also learned that they have a local office, I made full use of that. The Tempe office has always delivered the best customer service and been able to answer all my questions. I recently had an accident, nothing major, but still needed to be towed. My first call was to the local office in Tempe. They immediately directed me to the people at GEICO I needed to speak with and then followed up a couple days later to make sure everything was getting taken care of to my satisfaction. Just great service all the way around. more

I was paying $278.00 plus $500. deductable Now I pay $ 138. and $ 100.00 deductableAnd that is full coverage on two cars (had Progressive) more

From the start with these guys they have been thorough and fast and friendly!!! There have been times i have changed my policy and the quick professional help i recieve is like a breath of fresh air!! i will never use another insurance company!!! I love GEICO!! more

Wonderful Customer Service 2/22/2011

I was paying way to much when I was with Progressive and my mom suggested I try switching over to GEICO like she had and she recommended Marc. He was so nice and helped me understand the benefits to switching and made the transition so smooth for me. I am now saving a ton of money with GEICO and am so happy I made the switch! Great customer service 2/22/2011

Geico really does save you 15% and if you talk to your local FRIENDLY rep (I suggest Christina, but all of them were super helpful) Im sure they will do they're best to accomidate your wallet. I was really suprised at how friendly and helpful Christina was. Thanks Geico for the great customer service and awesome prices. =) more

Excellent customer service 2/22/2011

Excellent customer service by Christie. She was very helpful and answered my questions. She went out of her way to check if additional discounts could be applied and did not just say no, we can't do that. If their insurance is as good as her professionalism I will be with them for a long time. more

Tempe GEICO Office 2/21/2011

My wife and I were new to Arizona and we were looking to switch our car insurance. Not only did GEICO provide better rates than our current car insurance company, but it was a much more enjoyable customer service experience at the GEICO Tempe office than we had ever experienced anywhere else. Christina was courteous, friendly and helpful from the moment we walked in the door. It is a very professional office, with professional agents that took care of our car insurance needs in a very timely fashion. I highly recommend GEICO insurance at the Tempe office. more

GEICO TEMPE OFFICE 2/7/2011

The Local GEICO office in Tempe is nothing but outstanding. The entire team knows how to answer all of your questions in a knowledgable and clear fashion. These individuals are extremely professional, but give off a warm vibe at the same time. Not many insurance companies are so easy to deal with and i would highly reccommend doing business with them! Not to mention Warren Buffett owns GEICO, no unjustifiable rate increases or unpaid claims here! I feel very comfortable putting my insurance in this office's hands. more

I am foreigner in the USA and AZ and the local Geico office in tempe take care of all my insurance needs and are always willing to help and make my visits as quick and stress free as possible. The staff are always very warm and extremely helpfull, i recomend this office to anyone who wants trips to there insurance consultants to be a pleasure not a chore! more
