Having flown nonstop from Germany, to Paris, to my final destination New York, I went to the ""G-Lounge"" for a relaxing cocktail to kind of ""welcome"" myself back to the city I adore. I must have dozed off, because I was escorted out,and was not allowed to get my Louis V back with my mac laptop,my blackberry with all of my contacts, my cash or wallet. The bouncers just stood at the door, and would not budge as I cried for them to get my belongings, so I could go home. I was on the streets of New York with no credit cards, cash, and REALLY thought all of my belongs were gone. I finally got home because of a good samaritan letting me on the train with their metro card. Thinking my belongings were gone, I had my locks changed, canceled all my credit cards, contacted my insurance company concerning my laptop,to find out a few days later that my property was in the G-Lounge office all that time. This bar has always been a favorite of mine, the crowd is some-what not my taste, but wonderful experiences all together. This recent experience has darkened my view of New York period. I will be suing for damages.
