Avoid The Futon Shop at all costs!!! Suzanne, the owner, intentionally and blatantly mis-leads you at the time of purchase regarding their non-existent return policy and the quality of their furniture. I spent $1500 on their BEST mattress and frame, had it a total of 8 days and it was bottoming out, slipping off the frame, getting lumpy, and generally revealing itself to be a complete piece of crap.
Suzanne told me at the time of purchase that if I wasn't happy with it I could bring it back within 30 days. What she didn't say was that it could NOT be returned and it was only good for store credit!!! She completely mis-lead me at the time of purchase. I emailed her within 8 days of receiving the futon and her ""customer service"" was to stonewall me. She is the owner of the company and clearly does NOT care that her products are complete crap and that she intentionally lies to her customers.
AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! I am filing a complaint with the office of the Attorney General of the State of California because of her illegal and mis-leading business practices.
