I love going to Funshine. I volunteer there with the amazing sleepovers, fishing trips, and skating trips. It is family owned and runned. I've meet everyone who works there and they welcomed me like I was part of the family. All the employees are very well trained, and get to know all of their kids. It is a great place to send your kids. You will be able to tell by walking in the door and getting so many warm welcomes Pros: family owned, family like quality Cons: there are none more

Funshine is the best! 4/22/2010

I worked for the Lelaurin's (owners) for years and was always treated like I was one of the family. There is a reason children who attended Funshine years ago now bring their children to Funshine. It has always been family run & operated with the children's best interest at heart. The teachers become personable with the families and Funshine is like a second home to the kids. Pros: Family operated, caring teachers, & clean facility Cons: They are in Richmond & I now live in Pearland! more

Great Jump Start to School 4/22/2010

My son is now 12 and he got his early formative years of schooling at Funshine. I am a teacher/reading specialist in FBISD and my son was well prepared for his transition to public school. \r I decided to enroll him at Funshine because the staff was so nice and they truly cared about my son and our situation. I still see them from time to time and they always ask how he is doing.\r If you are in need of a caring, accredited, stable environment for your child...this is a great place! more
