I had a Spring Festival scheduled for our church on April 16th. I contacted the business owner in person prior to rental any of the selected items. She explained to me the prices of each item which was the bouncer, a popcorn machine, and a snow cone machine. The total amount she quoted me was $160.00 (this amount was if I picked it up and brought it back). I expressed to her we had a set amount that we could spend so I needed to make sure of the total price. She assured me this was the total price. I had a worker to help me pick up the items. We loaded everything on the truck and THEN she stated, ""you know there is a $25.00 deposit for the rental?"" I stated to her, ""no, I was only quoted $160.00."" She continued to inform me of the deposit and I would get my dep back after the items was returned. I said, ""fine."" It was a cold morning, so we did not even use the snow cone machine. I was told by her that we had to have all the rentals back at 7:00 p.m. My driver and I had all the rental items back at back at her house at 7:00. She stated that the bouncer was not rolled properly (We went the the directions she had on the sheet !!) and would be a problem to re-roll it!! She stated that if we was not going to use the snow cone machine, we should not have rented it, so that was money lost!! She only replaced the price of the juice for the snow cones. She kept my deposit. So.... instead of paying the $160.00 that I was quoted for all of the rental items we paid $195.00. This was a fund raiser so I actually lost $35.00 from dealing with this company!! I suggest if you are planing on renting anything in reference to a fun activites such as this....PLEASE CHECK OTHER PLACES!!! It will save you a lot more money than it did me!!! \r
