I've been here twice now and both times have been great experiences. The price (as is the case at any of the hibachi-style restaurants) is what keeps this from a 5 star experience but if I was entertaining friends from out of town, Fuji would definitely be near the top of the restaurant list.
Parking is plentiful. The chefs put on a great show and I've had both the chicken and steak and they are delicious. I did notice they don't season much, but I'm not into a lot of seasoning so it suites my tastes fine.
They also have a sushi menu which is nice for people that like sushi...I'm not big on sushi but the people I'm with usually are, so it's nice to have the option.
The wait staff was quick to pick up empty dishes and asked several times if I needed anything.
