I only wish there was a negative option for the rating. I purchased my 2007 Elantra new the sales man was so busy trying to make another sale on the day that I picked up my car that he did little more than hand me the keys and send me on my way.. The car has been good but the first time I have a mechanical problem with it I brought it in for service and discovered why I avoided the dealership all over again. Not only it the problem not resolved the Service Manager Donald was rude, overbearing and obnoxious. I had the car diagnosed was told what "they thought the problem was" but because I took the car somewhere else to have the repairs done (and why would I want to give them any more business) they are not going responsible, I'm sorry did you mention that when I had the car in for service? I bought my next car at Destination Kia I will never go to any Fuccillo dealer again and would never recommend them.......... Consumers take note. more

My saleman was not pushy at all. We were in the lot looking. He came out and asked us if we needed help. We asked to test drive a car. he got us the keys to an Elantra, put a plate on the car an away we went. he didn't ask for a driver's license or anything and said go wherever we wanted. We came back, made an offer, then a counter offer and made the purchase. No hastles. Didn't try to push us for a higher end model. Didn't try to get us to move up to more options. Great1 more

This dealership tries to push out cars as fast as possible. They bring in salesmen from other areas to sell cars when they have their giant sales. These people try to sell you cars with options that you do not always want, but that is what they want to sell you. They were nice and try to get you a deal but they are still a little high prices. more

I came here for one of their huge weekend sales. we were looking at an SUV, and we was pretty sure we wanted a 6 cylinder. Well the sales person said that we would like a 4 cylinder better, so he gave us the keys to a 4 cylinder. Well it was very sluggish and was definitely not what we wanted. Finally after convincing him he let us try out 6 cylinder. It was a waste of time and i don't plan on returning. more
