This review is not in regards to the dental practice at Bling Dental- rather, in regards to the customer service when ordering the Icing Teeth Whitening kit. I ordered this kit over two months ago. They said that orders typically take 2-3 business days for processing. For orders in the US, we estimate 7-14 business days for delivery. I am in the US, so I assumed 3 weeks at the most to receive my product.
4 weeks later, I had not received my order, so I sent an email to customer service. I had to send an email, as no phone number was provided for customers who purchased this project through the Living Social deal, as I did. Over a week later, I finally received a response that said, ""We have been overwhelmed with customer inquiries and have recently hired new staff to assist. Your ordered was redeemed on 03/24/11 and you should have received your purchase by now. I have requested our shipping department to send a new order out to you on Tuesday, 05/03/11."" It is 4 weeks later, again, yet I have not received my product. I have since sent two email complaints, with no response. This company participated in a Living Social deal, but clearly did not have the staff in place to handle the customer demand. As a result, a product I ordered and PAID FOR over two months ago has still not been delivered to me. In my opinion, this is fraudulant. I have since asked for and been granted a refund through Living Social, but have yet to hear from Bling Dental.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND ordering anything online from this company!
