After 20 years of service from Frost Bank, I was truly disappointed as a result of my drive thru experience. I wrote a check to withdraw money from my checking account. I added "1" 0 to many and an incorrect amount was debited from my account. I emailed cust svc to inquire and I was told it was a teller oversight, I than called the bank and within less than 24 hrs they told me they viewed a recording of that day (over a month old) and the teller was seen counting the bills correctly.They also stated the teller just did not notice the amt written and the figure written were not the same amts. I will never go thru a drive thru and will withdraw my funds asap. Not a happy customer.
