We live just outside the delivery area so for the past 13 years we've been eating in the dining room there. We have come to know many of the staff over the years and people come and go just as in any other business, we understand that.
That being said, For about the past four or five years they seem to hire people who either just don't care or just don't have the time to give good customer service. The managers don't seem to help as needed, the quality of the food has declined, not to mention also has become pretty expensive.
Now I'm not just a pissed off customer blowing off steam here. What I'm saying is try to get Missy to provide you prompt service if she has more than 2 other tables. And not just her, we complained to Adam the manager that the food we had ordered from Scott the waiter was incorrect. Was supposed to be no onions, no big deal until all we got was little more than an appology. Not that I was looking for anything free, but I didn't expect that I would have to sit and pick every onion off of our pizza either.
If this was Five years ago, I would have had Frontrrom's back. I would have defended them from posts just like this one. The above mentioned are just a couple of examples, and there are a few more incidents going untold. It's really sad when I thought I'd be the one posting something positive, but I'm not. If only they cared more, or payed attention to the details, or even acted not so put out when you ask for a straw.
Good luck to those of you who still choose to go, hopefully you get better servicce than we did.
