rude customer service 9/5/2014

last night I made a reservation with frontier air. I asked about the baggage policy fees. the man I spoke with was incredibly rude and then hung up on me. I cancelled my reservation and booked it with another airline. I have flown Frontrier before, but I don,t plan to ever again. more

always on time 4/11/2006

Frontier Airlines has been my number one choice of airlines for the past few years. I have taken several trips with them and have always had nothing but great luck. Their fares are superb, always lower than the competition. The flights have always been on time and smooth sailing. The staff is great, always helpful and eager to assist, as I am always flying with two small children and at times can use help getting loaded. more

They are an airline 8/11/2005

There aren't that many good airlines anymore and Frontier is more of the same. That being said, they have decent pricing on their website and I can usually get a reasonable price to where I want to go. I've flown them several times with little or no hassle, not late, easy to use in Denver because they are on the A concourse and you can walk to the concourse instead of taking the train. more

Flying Away 6/28/2005

This airline is a lot of problems, no matter what time of year you are traveling. They tend to take off late a lot. The seating is uncomfortable and has small spaces. The landings and take-offs I have experienced are not that smooth, and the customer service isn't that great. more
