If you have 1/2 a brain do not go to this restaurant, and I use the term loosely. Went there on Tues. evening 5/21/2013 and sat down with my wife and 5 year old daughter. After sitting there for 20 min. and no one coming over to ask us if we wanted drinks or to take our order we stood up to leave. \r \r Should have known we were in for the worst experience ever when we sat down and the 3 elder women behind us had to scream across the restaurant just to get MENU's and they said it was 15 min for them to get them. \r \r Finally had enough and started to leave and this short little troll of a man I am guessing was the manager asked if there was a problem. I had my wife and daughter leave so that i could tell him that he and his staff were useless and that after 20 min of not even being acknowledged with a child he should be ashamed of himself. The entire wait staff consists of morons who sit in the back talking to each other and ignoring the customers. It was at least 10 min where no one from the friendly's staff was out on the floor and people were standing in the front waiting to be seated.\r \r the owner of this site needs to fire everyone and start fresh. i have never seen such incompetence and stupidity. more

The worst service EVER, Omar worst manager ever!, 4/29/2012

I went tomthis friendlys today with my ex husband an my child , I have to day it is the worst experience I have ever had in any business. First of we got there they sat us down and completely forgot about us, after 15 minutes I decided to get the managers attention and he sent over a server. My ex and I order fish and chips and the BBQ chicken sandwich. I noticed the people next to us were having trouble getting their order taken too. 15 minutes passed, then 20, then 30, it was ridiculous ... My ex and I then watched the manager come out the kitchen with what it seemed to be our order we watched him as he place it for the people on the table next to us who seemed quite confused. I told my ex there is no way that they order exactly the same. As I look up to our server she looked upset and ran to the kitchen, I raised my hand tomget her attention and ask her about the food and she was obviously ignoring me, I practically called the manager from accross the room and ne continued to run and hide to the kitchen, ignoring me in a very obvious manner.. We looked at the people next to us, they told us,"" this has got to be your order, this is not our food"" The server had no choice but to get out the kitchen and I called her again , she was obviously tryoing to avoid us, we asked her if that was our food on the table next to us, she admitted it was and gave no apology. My ex clearly upset walked up to the manager who was hiding in the kitchen , the manager started to say things like the order is coming or something, he was trying to hide what had happened and offered no apologies, until I told him that the people next to us realize that's our food how can you not?... OMAR , you are by far the worse manager EVER EVER EVER ,,, it's clearly you are in this position because you have been with the company for so long and not because you are capable , you are inept and you are a coward to hide in the kitchen instead of resolving a mistake, everyone makes mistakes but as a manager it's your job to rectify and please the costumer, your assistant manager MATT had to step up and do the right thing. He was the only one who apologize and issued a gift card which we will probably never use, but that's how you handle a mistake. Do not go to this restaurant unless you want to leave hungry and upset. more
