Had frequented the establishment for well over 2 years. The food was usually good, but can be hit or miss. The staff tends to berate customers who complain about getting orders that are subpar and often do not offer a recourse. Regular customers are not valued. I suggest that even if you are a regular that you complain to a manager immediately when getting bad food. Taking care of the issue later only results in dealing with an obvious inept regional manager who does not return calls.
