I use to love the place, because as they say customer service #1. Sadly this does not hold true anymore for them. The paint department was the worst. Clerks standing behind counters talking to co-worker and ignoring customers. Then there is the tool department, the clerk that help me was rude and not helpful. The only decent department I see is still the hardware department. There are more intercom calls asking for help, seems like there is not enough workers. I am done with them. more

Good place to get your hardware 10/26/2005

Fresno Ag Hardware is a great store to find all your hardware needs. The have a wide array of different stuff to choose from. From there selection of tools, plumbing supplies, bbqs, garden supplies and they have alot more to choose from. I remember this store from a long time ago before there was even a home depot. This is a great store and the employees are always eager to help you find what you need. more

Love the store 9/30/2005

I really like to shop here for home materials. They have better price, and better selection to me, compared to other places. I also love to get garden materials here. They have people around so you can find you r stuff easier. They have a large sortment of things that you can look at. You can get great ideas from visiting Fresno Ag Hardware. more

Your Local Hardware Store 9/26/2005

I remember going to this store with my dad as a child, I loved it then and I love it even more now :) They carry the same products as national chain stores at a comparable or lower price but their customer service is unbeatable! Unlike the huge stores there is always someone nearby to answer Any questions and direct you to where you need to go. This store is highly reccomended. more

Great Hardware Store 8/15/2005

I love this store! I am embarrassed to say that I could spend hours walking around Fresno Ag and staring at all of the home improvement items and fun yard and garden accessories. The staff is very helpful and there is someone nearby at all times for asking questions. They do not make you feel dumb for having to ask questions about home repair. The prices are very reasonable in comparison to some other larger hardware stores. more

Fresno Ag is simply an awesome hardware store. It is much more personal than a huge warehous store like Lowes. They have pretty much anything you might need, and great people to help you with anything as well. My experiences there have always been great. It is also easy to locate, seeing as it is on blackstone like everything else in this city. more
