Superb! The Fresh Diet is so much more than fresh food (not frozen) delivered to your door! I started the program Feb. 21st and have been doing the 5 on 2 off days per week and I have lost 8 lbs! I have been on every diet program you can imagine - all the frozen food meals - as well as eat only this, don't eat that, no carbs, only carbs etc. What you need to know is that I already ate healthy and I thought I was eating the right amount of food.
