I'm really glad I met some nice people in Denver to convince me that not all people are this way. The Freedom Taxi dispatcher last night (Jan 11) was the rudest person I have had the displeasure of talking to in my entire life. After giving my information I was asked where I needed a ride from. I planned on saying the name of my hotel and then the address just to clarify. Before I had the chance to say the address I was interrupted by the dispatcher who informed me that I needed to give an exact address and then proceeded to hang up on me... I was appalled. I unfortunately had no other cab numbers on hand and had to call back. To my dismay, I was put through to the same dispatcher. Who after getting the ride finally set up began to mutter; when asked to repeat what he said, he yelled it in to the phone. The cab showed up an hour and a half later. \r
Last time I checked taxi services were a customer service based company, I think hanging up on and yelling at customers is not a sustainable business model. Now not only will I never use Freedom Cab again, when asked about Denver taxis, I will actively tell people not to use Freedom Cab.
