It's good to know that there are businesses that still exist that are honest, straightforward, and affordable. Free Miles Transmission is one of these businesses. I came in had needed to have my transmission looked at. They were able to diagnose the problem and quoted me a price that was a lot less cheaper than other auto repair places I went to prior to finding Free miles.\r more

To fix my car, they offered me a very affordable rate and they were very honest with me about what I needed to be done and what could be done at a later time. Thanks!\r more

These guys are great. They're straightforward with you and they don't try to trick you into fixing other issues that aren't necessary. Their prices are very affordable too.\r more

They have great customer service and they are very professional. They even kept the shop open later so that I could get my car after work. They let me know exactly what repairs were done to the car and they were very detailed.\r more

Mark has helped me for several years now. He has done regular transmission service on all five of my vehicles to a new transmission in my 2004 Concord in July. Even brought in my mother-in-laws car when it was time. Have had a great experience\r more

Recently had my transmission changed out on my 05 Chevy Cobalt at FREE MILES Transmission. The customer service was great, they got me in right away and worked around my schedule. A big factor for me was price, they were cheapest of a few other local shops and dealers, but also the fact that they had a rental car for me to drive. Transmission came with a warranty and has worked great since. Very easy to deal with and easy to talk to at this shop. Appreciate good customer service and how easy and fast the process was. The employees felt trustworthy given the amount of money I had to spend to get my car back on the road. Thank You.\r more

This has to be the absolute best experience I have had with getting my car repaired. My BMW wouldn't was out of site for my car. Mark gave me a great quote to fix what I hear is a commmon occurance with the 3 series engine. Not only was his quote the best, but the final bill came in less that what he quoted me!!! You guys are the best and I am sending all my friends to you!\r more

My son's 1999 VW Jetta had a transmission issue... it went to one gear only forward and backward... After several estimates from main-stream ""brand name"" transmission shops, I was told to fear the worst and that the whole thing would need replacing... After telling a mechanic friend about the situation, he said I should let them take a look at it... they indeed took a look and found that it was a fairly simple electronic component that failed... he replaced it and the car runs FANTASTIC.... It was a fraction of the cost of a full replacement!! , I don't know if something needs replacing or not... he could have told me anything... Fact is he told me the TRUTH and that is so rare today!!!! Thanks Tim... you have earned my trust and business!!!!\r more

Extremely helpful in answering all of my questions. They saved me $250 on my timing belt from what the dealer was going to charge me. They even counselled me against doing an unnecessary service to my car that another mechanic recommend because it was factory recommended. I felt they really looked out for my vehicle as well as my bottom line. I would definitely come here again.\r more

The work they did on Brian's Dodge pick-up was fantastic and has been running flawlessly ever since they repaired the transmission. It had been so difficult to find honest people these days to work on our ""babies"" but we won't have that problem anymore since both our vehicles will be taken to Mark and the guys at Free miles Auto and Transmission Repair, where we know the job will get done at a price we can live with. Finally someone we can trust and we appreciate that.\r more
