. After paying them several hundred, my dealership would not accept their policy. The agent named Pilar requested that I not leave. I waited for over an hour as their management attempted to persuade the dealership to reconsider. I did not get my money back as promised and was told that I had to wait 48 hours!!!! I paid $30 to stop payment. FRED LOYA INSURANCE is HORRIBLE... Especially this location. I give them 10 thumbs down! They have a reputation of not paying claims and stealing from customers.
