We heard about this place from friends but was still blown away by amazing artwork and just plain weird stuff: Velvet paintings, reggae tee shirts, Mexican ponchos, pirate hats, hookahs... Basically what you'd get if Cheech & Chong owned Disneyland. The previous reviewer must have some abandonment issues because the guy working there was a real character, friendly and full of cool stories about everything in the place. We ended up with a vintage Tiki mug, a live Venus flytrap and a "real" shrunken head he said was made by a tribe in the Amazon! Parking sucks on the street in Mission Beach so we drove east at Santa Clara Point and were able to park for free all afternoon!
