Take 5 Car Wash

The family pet decided to poop all in the car during a family road trip which caused our youngest son, already prone to motion sickness to vomit at the smell of animal feces. Trust me the smell was horrid. Either way i'm disappointed because the guys here refused to clean both of the puppy diarrhea and child vomit out of the carpet and seats. We tried lieing to them at first but the smell was obvious, the wouldn't do it on the grounds of it being a biological hazard or something. I thought it was quite offensive, we keep both our child and dog up to date on their shots. All they would have to do is clean the excrement out. No harm no foul. Now I had to do it. I'm not happy. more

My daughter had gotten sick and vomited profusely all inside our family's mini van (im guessing it was the McDonalds). Either way, after finding out their shampoo machine was broken they told me they couldn't clean the vomit by hand. I just don't understand this. Something about a health hazard to their employees, something which I could care less about. Looks like i'll try another car wash and won't tell them its vomit, hopefully they'll just clean it. more

My daughter had spilled a Smoothie inside her car, all over her console and onto the carpet. She had let it sit like that, in the heat and sun, and it was HARD and totally baked in. I took her car to be washed inside and out, but didn't expect they would do anything about the caked-on smoothie mess. To my surprise, one of the guys came up to me as I sat on the bench outside and asked me if I wanted him to steam the carpet (if I had time to wait). I was SO pleased! He drove the car to another location, hooked up this very loud machine, and he and another guy worked on the carpet for quite a long time. He told me it would be wet for awhile, and to my surprise, there was NO extra charge! I tipped them extra good though. It bothers me to read complaints about this place. I take my own car there regularly and they are always polite and helpful and my car looks great. The guy who hoses at the beginning of the wash has even used a mop and worked extra hard when my car had a lot of mud on the bumper areas. They're hard workers who seem to go the extra mile. I have been to this location- I normally like the one on Forest Drive, but these guys are okay too. Please keep in mind that this is a public board, and you really can't tell if the person typing the comment is a ""real"" employee, or just a hateful person! I have been here twice, and didn't have the horrible experiences the others talked about. Everyone that worked on my car was friendly, and it was a good job. I don't know if the person that has ""insulted"" all of the customers is an employee or not, but when I was there I did not come across anyone with that attitude. Pros: Good carwash- mostly good attitudes Cons: expensive, but everything is now! more

All of these reviews have made me slightly stupider over the course of reading them. Pros: They do well considering the circumstances Cons: Once again..brickhead customers, they think they can do better so they should WASH THE CAR THEMSELVES. more

I should have listened to the other people who wrote reviews. I am not impressed with Franks Car Wash. Everything looked half-done, from my rims to my windows. A word of advice to the guy who was cleaning windows today- two swipes across my windshield does not get the whole thing clean. And to the person who was supposed to vaccum- get another job. Really, how hard is it to get up a dead cricket in plain view in the back seat. I can say that whoever did my tires (not rims) did a good job. Also the people who I spoke to their were very nice. I know you work hard and have a lot to do, but please try to take your job more seriously. People pay you and spend their hard earned money for you to wash their car because they dont want to or cant themselves. So you should do your job good enough so customers wont have to do it again on their own when they get home. PS I hope some kind of action was taken against one of your employees that called all customers brick heads. To all who read this- I encourage you to actually take the time to watch the guys clean your car and if they are being slack (ex: two swipes across your windshield) say something to management. If you want to leave with a clean car you should probably go some place else or do it yourself. Pros: The man at the front was nice Cons: Car was not cleaned as I expected more

Listen here ms. Alecia, or whatever your name is. IF you have somethig to say, take it up w/ corporate, they will rip you a new one. The hutchins dont care about you! Do you know what we go through at the car wash?? Why dont you get your lazy butt out there for an average 400 car - 12 hour day shift. Then come back and talk. I paid $150.00 expecting to have the exterior cleaned, my carpets and seats shampooed and my windows clean. Basically a detail job. My car is white. The car looked the same as it did when I came in. Mind you I left it there for two hours on a not that busy day and when I came back I had to wait an additional hour and a half. The rugs were soaked! Nothing on the interior was cleaned. The windows were filhy. I spoke with management and they were like ""We are short staffed today"". I am writing corporate on this one. I would not recommend unless you have time to sit and babysit them while they clean your car. Cons: Awful service, very poor work, management sucks more
