I LOVE Frankie's gluten free pizza and am so thankful they make it! If you are gluten intolerant and have not found pizza up to your standards yet, try Frankie's-it is absolutely delicious. I am thankful for these guys-they run a great business and make the best pizza around. more

Frankie's is our favorite lunch spot. Jumbo slices are the perfect fill, and they have awesome gourmet selections. I come here with the guys for lunch all the time, and order in with the wifey as well! more

Nothing like gettin your pizza quicker than they tell you it will be there! I was always applaud a company with fast service, so thank you Frankies for delivering (literally). The pizza was very good, we got a few different ones and there wasn't one that i didn't like. More of a gourmet style. Very happy with the pizza and the timely delivery! more

We love the Maple Valley Frankies. A lot of pizza places have come and gone, and we have made Frankies our Friday night tradition. Hawaiian is always been my favorite but they do a twist on that called the ""Super Kahuna""-delicious and highly recommend! more

Very Good Pizza 7/1/2010

My husband and I splurge on Frankie's when the discount cook-it-yourself joint won't cut it. We've tried every pizza joint in the M.V. area, and my husband likes it the best. He likes their crust a lot. Not too doughy, good flavor. He loves the quality ingredients, and they do his pep w/ extra cheese just right.\r \r I like the lighter fare such as the garlic & tomato pizza w/ olive oil a lot. Great flavor. \r \r However, if you don't take the time to request a coupon, it's pricey. Be specific on your directions as we've had their drivers get lost a couple of times. Pros: Quality Ingredients, Cons: Delivery Can Be Sketchy, Pricey more

Questionable Emplyee Practices 8/11/2009

Extremely Poor Service\r On July 23, 2009, my husband and I were trying to decide where to grab something quick and easy. Well.....imagine my surprise and excitement when I found a Frankies Pizza in Maple Valley. It was about 8:30pm when I called to order, and the young male I spoke with on the phone said they would deliver, took down my credit card number, and then ask another co-worker if they did deliver that far. The other co-worker said no, so I said I would come pick it up. The male I was talking to said it would be 30-45 mins before it was ready. \r \r Now, by the time I got off the phone, with all the credit card information, the order and the confusion about where they would order to, it was about 8:45pm, give or take 5 mins. \r \r At about 9:05pm, I drove down to Frankie's from the Ravensdale area. When I got there, the lights were out and I could see employees through the window mopping the floors, and vigorously rapped on the front window, but no one would come to the door.\r \r The owner of the business next door said he would go let them know I was there to pick up previously orderded, and paid for pizza. (remember, I gave them a credit card number). When the gentleman from the other business came back he said they just said to tell me they were closed.\r \r While I was standing outside talking to the owner of the other business, an older male came from a back office, walked right up in front of the window where I was standing, pulled what appeared to be my order from a delivery hot pack and walked out the back door, came around front to where I was parked, put the pizza and himself in his vehicle and drove off. \r \r Yes, I was a little disgruntled. \r \r 1) Why did the employee that took my order tell my 30-45 mins, when it was already after 8:30pm and knew they would be closing and never said a work about closing at 9:00 pm to me.\r \r 2) Why would, what appeared to be the shift manager on duty, not come to the door and talk to me but instead, take out the pizzas I had ordered, put them in his car and leave, being parked right next to me. (I guess free food is better than having to pay for it - no matter how you get it - LOL)\r \r 3) Then I had to wait and worry that my credit card got charged for something that I didn't receive, which, by the way, it didn't. That tells me something right there. Why not charge my credit card if I gave it to them , pre-ordered unless they knew I wasn't going to make it down there before they closed. (SCAMMERS!!)\r \r Needless to say........Even though I have heard nothing but how fabulous their pizza is, and I have waited for a long time for one to be in our area, I doubt that I will support the Frankie's in Maple Valley. I'd rather go out of my way than have to deal with dishonest employees. \r Publish\r \r Edit\r Preview\r Cons: Poor Customer Service more
