Dorian Brownlee is a friend of mine and he introduced me to the honda crv 2012! I love my new purchase. The sales team is great and they work together well to give great customer service. It was easy and to the point. No waiting around and being bullied in to buying a giant purchase. The only thing I would change is that the honda crv ex have satellite radio too. The atmosphere is wonderful! more

Very nice. Mr. Cunningham worked hard to make this a pleasant experience for me. He even arranged to have the car delivered to my home. My only complaint was that the tank wasn't full when it arrived. I had between 1/2 and a 1/4 of a tank of gas. I still appreciated them driving to Blue Springs on Mother's Day to deliver my new Fit. I love it!! more

On Wednesday I met with Ray Guynn and talked about the Civic and did a test drive. Ray was very nice, laid back, not aggressive in the sale, he knew I was doing my research and he respected that. On Thursday I came back with my wife so she could test drive and she loved the Civic. Michelle was our sales rep that day as Ray was out and she was so great to deal with. Very honest, to the point, and I felt like she worked to get the best deal for us and for the dealership. I've always wanted a Honda and I might very well be a Honda owner for life now. I also came back on Friday to finish up paperwork and I had noticed a couple scratches. Michelle had Tom from the body shop buff them out while I waited and he did a great job. Michelle and Ray also had Dorian show me a few more of the technical things I could do with my iPhone and the Bluetooth features in the car. Great service all around! more

As we drove up the amount of salesman in the parking lot was overwhelming. Our salesman, Ryan, who we had talked with on phone before our visit, and had an appointment with him that day, has been on top of his game through the phone calls, return calls, and doing what he said he would do !!!!!!!! He was polite, clean cut, and went out of his way to be helpful. Jared, who took care of the financing end of it all, was also polite, professional, and fun to talk with.
