I went in to buy a pair of Oliver Peoples Sunglasses to replace one I bought a year ago. Found a pair I like and asked an employee if they were willing to reduce the price from $490 to $380. He agreed so I handed over my insurance card and a credit card to finalize the purchase...however, this is where the drama begins. They gave inaccurate information which I was able to validate by calling my carrier, then was handed off to two other employees. The thing that really bothered me was they suggested I take an contact lenses exam when I don't wear contacts. At the end, they sold me the pair of glasses with my insurance, however, it was based on the original price not the $380 amount they originally promised.
Pros: selection of sunglasses
Cons: service, price, parking
