AJ has worked for five-star hotels, catering halls & as executive pastry chef for Carnival Cruise Lines. He won Paris Gourmet’s 20th Annual U.S. Pastry Competition in 2009, awarding him the title Pastry Chef of the Year. Patty studied at a culinary school in her native Greece & came to New York in 2006.
