I have always heard really negative things about this apartment complex and the things that have happened there and have always thought that it was a nasty place. Well recently a friend moved in and we went over to get something from him. He showed us the apartment and I was actually impressed. It wasn't the best, but it was pretty good and the prices are amazing. If you don't mind the stories that have gone around about the complex I really think you should check it out. you can't beat the prices.
