I'm a big fan of the Westchase area and this is one of the reasons why. Sure you got sports bars at every corner in town. Sure you can find pool halls all over town. Sure you've got english taverns serving rich brews and imports in their masses (not really).
How about a place that has all that, and more. Pool tables, dart boards, shuffleboard, outdoor patio, 2 Big screen tv's, several not-so-big-but-bigger-than-small tv's, rows of the aforementioned small tv's (you get the idea) playing the latest soccer, baseball, football games, music videos and combine them with a friendly staff, and you have Fox and Hound. Be it the after office crowd, college kids looking for a hangout or just the local folk living in this apartments-heavy area, this is a place to be on the weekends. But as popular as it is, it never seems overcrowded.
Can't say much about the food though t is after all mainly a sports bar. So you have your typical sports bar fare. Chicken tenders, quesadillas.. nothing special. But after getting a quick bite to eat, be sure to quench your thirst with their unique collection of beer. Recommendations? Samuel Smith brown and Sierra Nevada come to mind.
