Just had a brief phone conversation with Fox Fuels. After having a conversation with his service provider where he accused my wife of lying. The service provider when asked if he'd heard the saying the customer is always right, responded, ""Accept when they are wrong."" After 18 months of service we continued to have heating and cooling problems. I asked Fox fuel if they were trying to save my business or make a point about our request for service, they responded with make a point. My experience with them was awful.
