This Real Estate Company, and I say that very loosely, is the very worst that real estate offices in Pittsburgh have to offer. They are the rudest, most unprofessional people I have ever come across in real estate. They misrepresent houses and then are vulgar and petulant if you tell them a buyer is not interested. \r
Example: Went to see a house they had listed online as livable, functional, and in need of minor repair. Went to see the home and there were open holes in the roof with several plastic storage bins laid out to catch the water pouring through the ceiling. My buyer knew it was a house in need of repair, but did not expect to have to replace the whole roof. Tried to call the agent and discuss with her, no answer so I sent a text telling her my buyer was not interested. She called me back screaming and swearing, called me a ""F%!$ing Idiot,"" then hung up like a true professional in the field.\r
I wonder over and over how this office keeps getting any business. If you go to a few of their listing, you will find they can only get business from an older generation who does not readily check company reviews online before giving them their business. My only hope is that eventually this company will not be able to get business from the upcoming generation who is tech savvy and checks out companies before giving them any business. Fox Chapel Real Estate will then just fade away and we will all be better off for it.
