Time for a new furnace so we called Four Seasons the guys were great the sales man Mike Kelderhouse was out standing he was very nice and made us feel comfortable with our choices...

Furnace install from Four Seasons Heating 3/13/2012

Time for a new furnace so we called Four Seasons the guys were great the sales man Mike Kelderhouse was out standing he was very nice and made us feel comfortable with our choices .I had to have the installation on a saturday we both work and couldn't afford to take a day off .The guys showed up on time took a great deal of care with our home tarps booties etc and left the place cleaner then when they arrived .I was truly happy with Four Seasons Heating and my brand new Lennox Furnace . more

Fantastic experience 8/12/2011

We had our furnace stop working in April and we called Four Seasons to take a look at it since we purchased it from them about 5 years ago and we get our scheduled cleanings done through them as well. The service tech was really nice and called about 20 minutes before he arrived. He wore shoe covers so as not to get my floors dirty, which I thought was considerate. Eventually, he diagnosed a bad blower motor and when I asked him what the damage would be to replace it he asked to see my contract. Luckily the wife files everything away and I was able to find it and he said that we were covered for parts and labor and since we had kept up with our cleanings the motor would be replaced under warranty. The tech had the part in stock in his van and it took him a little over an hour to fix the furnace. I felt bad as there wasn't much room for him to work but he said that he commented about having worked in smaller spaces before. I thought it was awesome that the tech asked to see our contract first instead of playing off my ignorance and charging me unnecessarily to replace the part. He also mentioned that we were offered a longer warranty than what most other competitors give. What great customer service! more

I just had my first A/C check and the service tech that came out was great. William answered all my questions and was really friendly. I received a follow up call from a customer service rep to make sure everything was to my satisfaction, and it was. Based on my experience, I would recommend Four Seasons to my family and friends. more

Great experience 8/11/2011

Four Seasons is fantastic! I had a new furnace and A/C installed, along with attic insulation and must say my house feels totally different now. I told the salesman that my house has always been uncomfortable in the summer and winter seasons (for over 10 years) and he promised me comfort, and so far he has delivered! Every room is nice and cool now and I don't have to hang out in the basement to try and keep cool. It took a day for everything to get installed and the crew was very nice and professional. They left the place clean and explained how to use the new thermostat. I am extremely happy customer and look forward to seeing how comfortable my house will be in the coldest of winter days. more

My basement was recently flooded (gotta love Chicago storms) and the furnace had to be replaced. A friend had recommended Four Seasons and I'm glad I went with them. Everyone from the customer service representative I first spoke to, to the installers that came to install the new furnace were sympathetic toward my situation. The install went smoothly and I received a follow up call asking about the installation which I think is a really good idea because it shows that the company cares about what they do. They have a referral incentive too, which I would easily partake in if I ever knew anyone in need of a new furnace or a/c unit. more

Great experience from start to finish 4/28/2011

I recently bought an older house that is a fixer-upper and the furnace needed more than major TLC. After shopping around I decided on going with Four Seasons to get it replaced. I was told by the previous owner that the furnace was more than 18 years old so I figured a new one would be a good idea since they're more energy efficient. I decided on a higher end Lennox unit because it qualified for a tax credit. The entire process, from sales to installation was really great. Walter, my salesman, was really informative and I really liked that he wasn't like a typical sales guy and wasn't putting pressure on me. Like I said, I shopped around and Walter was able to match the lowest offer at the last minute and since he put up with all my haggling, I gave him the sale and so far, I'm glad I did. The installation was the next day and the installers were on time. They did have some problems with the installation that required them to go back to their shop to get some parts but the guys kept me informed and worked really hard. Installation took almost 8 hours and even though the guys were exhausted at the end, they made sure I didn't have any questions before they left. Everything was cleaned up and I can actually say they left the place looking cleaner than when they arrived, since I hadn't cleaned around the furnace and it was pretty nasty. I got a follow up call a couple days after the install and did a little survey. The lady (I don't remember her name) was very nice and friendly and I like how they followed up, in case I had any problems. Overall, I would definitely recommend Four Seasons to anyone looking to get their furnace replaced. more

Great furnace installation 4/26/2011

We just had a new Lennox furnace installed by Four Seasons and I wanted to share my fantastic experience. Our old furnace was 22 years old and had been repaired twice for separate issues in the past so we opted to get it replaced this time because there was a problem with the heat exchanger. From the first service call we put in to get the old furnace looked at, to the crew who installed the new furnace, the level of service was exceptional and it's quite a change from what we've become accustomed to in the service industry. Everyone was professional, thorough, and good at what they did. We'll be recommending Four Seasons to family and friends alike! more

Great service 4/20/2011

We recently had a new furnace installed and our attic insulated. I was a little concerned on the day of installation because I was at work and only my wife was home. No worries though, as my wife informed me that the crew was prompt and professional and explained everything they were doing in simple terms she could understand. When I got home I was blown away by how much work the furnace installers put into the install--like it was their own home they were working in. The sales process was great as well. The salesman was a class act with no spin moves. He was very honest and not pushy at all. He promised that there would be no additional charges on the day of installation and he kept his word, as there were none. I was even mailed a thank you letter a few days after the installation. As a consumer, it's refreshing to receive such quality service on all levels when I'm often easily dissapointed. I would highly recommend Four Seasons to others. more

No matter the hour 4/15/2011

I had tried turning on my AC before things got hot. I am a planner. Tried firing it up... noth'en. Ended up putting off calling anyone because of projects at work. Finally broke down and called Four Seasons. They not only had someone come out when it was convenient for me, they didn't charge me anything extra for the weird hour service. Tech even told me they come out on Sundays, same deal, no extra charges or anything. more

Great service 3/25/2011

We had Four Seasons come out and look at our furnace on 3/23. The technician's name was Justin and he seemed very knowledgeable and friendly. He quickly discovered that the flame sensor was dirty and cleaned it. He also noticed that we had some spray paint in the room next to our furnace (my wife is into art and uses spray paint in some of her work) and said it was possible the spray paint caused the flame sensor to get dirty prematurely. He advised my wife to not spray near the furnace (she only does this during the winter time) to help keep the sensor from getting dirty unnecessarily. We are very very pleased with the service we received and will be using Four Seasons for our imminent AC and furnace needs. Many thanks to Justin! more

Great furnace installation 3/7/2011

My mom had her furnace replaced last week by Four Seasons and although I have no other furnace-replacing experiences to compare it to, I'd say things went great. I was not present when the salesman recommended the furnace to my mom, but she did discuss all the specifics with me and after doing some research online, the furnace she got looks to be sized correctly for her house and she got a good price. I was around for the installation (which took about 6 hours!) because my mom had to work. The installers were really nice and explained what they were going to do and didn't seem to be bothered by some of my dumb questions. The work area looked like a small bomb had exploded after removal of the old system, but after the install was done, the area was left nice and clean. My mom came home just before the installers were done and went over the operation of the new thermostat they installed. Her new furnace has been running great for the last few days and my mom has expressed her happiness that everything went so well. An installation inspector came out a couple days after the installation to follow up with my mom to make sure everything was working well and he went over the thermostat operation again with her (she doesn't get along with technology, lol). So overall, Four Seasons did a great job and I'm glad my mom can keep warm for the rest of this winter. more

Cold one day 2/27/2011

I had called a company to repair the furnace the guy took for ever to call back and said he would be out in a day or two .I looked on the internet and found Four Seasons Heating so I called and they said it would be like two hours .I was happy that they would come out and that I did not have to pay a extra charge for the weekend .The service guy was fast and nice he had the furnace fixed in no time it was a pressure switch he said I think that is what he called it .The other guy called the next day and I told him I had the furnace repaired already .He asked who I called and I said Four Seasons and he laughed and started to talk bad about them I was shocked I told him he could learn a thing or two from them and he said yes sure I could I told him good bye and hung the phone up .I was happy with Four Seasons they were very good and the level of service was outstanding the other company were creepy . more

furnace changed 1/30/2011

Good: The estimate was free and the service was outstanding .. Bad: I was happy with everything from start to finish .. Improvements: The only issue I had was with the digital thermostat I wish they spent more time teaching me how to use it .. Other: The installers were great the price was out standing it was without a doubt a great experience .The workers never stopped to take a break and were very respectful of my home .When its time for a new Ac I will be calling Four Seasons Heating .. more

Need heat fast !!!! 12/18/2010

Just moved into Chicago from Miami and yes I'm crazy for leaving Miami but just couldn't find a job .I had rented a condo and the heat was out I called the sticker on the furnace but the number was disconnected .I looked on the net and found Four Seasons Heating so I called them the nice lady said that a service man would be at my home in a Hour .He arrived on time went to work on it and found a lose wire to the furnace .I was charged 78$ which was very fair and the furnace runs great good job Four Seasons Heating !!!!!!!!!!!! more

Help furnace broken needs repair . 12/12/2010

Had the furnace break and needed a furnace repair asap . I called Four Seasons Heating and they said no problem we will be on are way .I was concerned with the cost it was a sunday she said no extra charge nights weekends or holidays .Two hours went by and the furnace was up and going I love Four Seasons Heating . more

Need to have the furnace repaired it was2 am and we had no heat .I called 3 company's and no one answered the phone accept Four Seasons .The tech arrived in less then 2 hours and had the furnace fixed in 5 minutes the cost was very affordable I would highly recommend them . more
