My husband and I both started seeing Physicians assistant Scott Murphy here as our family doctor. He is wonderful. Extremely helpful and very nice. Took his time listening to us and examining, always had an appointment available. And this may not be politically correct but he speaks english... as a first language. Unlike sever doctors I have seen in this area who I have a very hard time talking to because their English is hard to understand. Normally I do not discriminate because of language spoken but in a doctor well that is one area I really need to be able to understand and have understand me. Now as for the foundational health staff and office... TERRIBLE. ESPECIALLY THE PHARMACY! DO NOT GET ANYTHING FILLED THERE ON SITE! I could go on and on about the terrible pharmacy but I won't on here. The biggest issue I had was the last two times I called and scheduled and appointment. The first I asked to schedule it with Dr Murphy. They scheduled me but when I got there, I was seen by a different doctor and Murphy was not in the office. I didn't really like that Doctor and called back a few days later to schedule an appointment again, this time I was very specific that I wanted to see Dr Murphy only, they scheduled an appointment, but when I got there, it was the same doctor as last time. His name is Juan C. Bayolo and after looking him up on their website I saw that he went to med school in Guadalajara Mexico, and his residency was completed in Mexico also. Call me picky but no thank you, I prefer my doctors to have gone to school in America. When I called back, once again insisting that I see no one but Dr Murphy I was finally told that he no longer see's any pateints there at foundational health, Dr. Bayolo is the only one currently seeing patients at their location. They wouldn't tell me where MY doctor currently practices either. Never going back there again, they should have told me as soon as I scheduled an appointment and Murphy was no longer there that the doctor was going to be different. Great patient care. Not.
