I was told the following: Money Talks when it comes to this & MOST School's.The More kids you allow @ your school OUT SIDE your DISTRICT the more MONEY Your school gets from Sate County City & Government PER Child Per OUT-OF-YOUR-DISTRICT On the other hand I(n-District Neighborhood In School District Children the Govt State City & County Funds are much Different.) The COUNTY LINE is crossed by BUSED kids & the funding goes right through the roof INSIDE PIMA COUNTY SCHOOL a
