Be Warned. They changed the oil on my car. 23 miles later the drain plug fell out causing the engine to completely seize up. They still have not paid for all the necessary...

Be Warned. They changed the oil on my car. 23 miles later the drain plug fell out causing the engine to completely seize up. They still have not paid for all the necessary costs and it’s been almost half a year. Bob the manager said he was surprised since the work done was by his top person. If that was his top person I would be very concerned. He didn’t even remember the event, apparently because it happens so often. The repair shop they demanded I take the car to, rather than my trusted mechanic, said they do a lot of this type of work for this particular branch of Formula1. This further confirms this is not an uncommon event. Given all this, be very wary of using this particular Formula1 !! more

I brought my car in last week and i got amazing service. When i arrived it looked like they were really busy, but still got me in and our in under 15 mins. Each one of the workers were sharp looking and very nice. I really appreciate Tyler, he made sure i left the shop in a good mood after coming in frusterated. I have been bringing my car here for years and all my cars will come through this shop more

Theft 2/1/2010

I will never go to that place again to get my oil changed. On Friday I was there and had a bag of change on my front seat which was stolen. Nobody is doing anything about the situation and the owner will not contact me. I believe this is the worst customer service ever. I will never go there again and am letting everyone know to spead the word not to go there either. more

Custom Oil 12/29/2009

I like these guys because they are the only shop around that carries Mobil 1 SuperSyn 0w40 European grade oil. They offer Expedia employee discount of 10% and other major companies around like T-Mo etc. Oil change is fast, they vacuum, they don't pressure sell you on other things. So far in the last 2 years, I've only had one time when they ran out of the oil filter on me and I had to go to VW to get one myself. They are pretty good about you bring in your own oil or parts as well. more
