My recent experience- I took in my Ford Focus for service. Needed a full tune up and the staff was very nice and helpful. The staff member that was helpful the most was the cashier, Amy Sanchez, she was very friendly and knowledgeable at processing my transaction. Ford of Montebello knows excellent customer service. I recommend this place to anyone. I will be happy to return for another service for my vehicle. more

Very unprofessional 9/16/2009

I had one of the worst customer service experience from this dealership. I called Friday evening for a car and after price and other details, i was promised by dealer to hold/reserve my car to pick up on sunday since it was more than 200 miles drive for me. On saturday evening, when i called to check what i needed to bring for paperwork, i was told that the car has been sold to someone else that morning. They said that reserve/hold has no meaning and whoever comes with cash fast, gets the car. I was not even notified and felt cheated and the sales rep/managers were rude and highly unprofessional (i even heard them laughing on the phone over the matter) Cons: unprofessional and rude more

I purchased two vehicles from Ford of Montebello at the same time and received a great deal and the service I was given could'nt have been any better. My sales person Melvin Barrientos, was very knowledgeable, additionally, he goes to school full-time and sales cars part time and made me feel like he wasnt like other salesman who just want to make as much money from you and get you out of there, he spoke with my kids politely and inform them about school decisions(he's going to school to be a conselor) which I thought was very unique. Overall the sales experience was great compared to my other purchases. The finance was were you just have to be careful, however, if you are looking at this website. I'm sure you are aware. My personal experience 3/15/2009

I purchase a used suv from Ford of Montebello 3 months ago. My transaction was fairly simple I (a woman) went in there with my two kids who were welcomed and invited into the kiddie room while I negotiated the terms of the deal. They stayed within my budget. I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of because I am female, I educated myself on the terms of the contract & going price of the Suv. I did deal with some pleasant sales works that when I call still remember me. Rudy ( my salesman) has been a pleasure to deal with. He is young, experianced , and very motivated. I walked out with a very well equipped SUV including a dvd player, 6 cd player, alarm system, & some other extras included in the original price stated on the internet. I believe I got a good deal , or maybe they just wanted me out because my kids were running around crazy : ) Pros: Great kids room Cons: too many black cars, need salewomen added to their crew more

Dishonorable Sales Staff!! I went to Ford of Montebello negotiated the price of a car, went in the next day and they jacked up the price $1000.The sales manger said that it was illegal for them to sell the car for less than the advertised price! Even though all ""HIS"" agents were telling us not to worry they can work with the sticker. Why All the LIES???? Knowing full well that my son needed the car for school and work, We were over a barrel. a day that should have been a joyous day was anything but. I felt like my family and I were prison violated by this car dealer. I will never give the FORD of Montebello a chance to ""Violate"" anyone else I come in contact with. I GOT violated at FORD of MONTEBELLO will the slogan I use from now until the end of days. If you go to FORD of MONTEBELLO, Please BEWARE!! Another disrespected customer (Who will shop elsewhere Pros: they can only violate you once Cons: they will do it to others!!!!!!!! more

Poor Customer Service 8/21/2007

I will not mention specifics and/or incidents but I do not have enough fingers to count how many issues my family and I have had at this place. Not only do I have to bring my new vehicle for service but they have no explantion on why their vehicles are breaking down weeks after their purchase. My radio doesnt work, the radiator, tires, seats not coming down. The list goes on and on. Pros: Not sure there are any. Cons: Poor Customer Service. more
