Ford, Janet, Md - Evergreen Medical Group

My daughter had a deep cut on her head from a horseback riding accident so I called and the automated machine said that they were open until 8:00pm M-F. We got there at 5pm and they were locked up tighter than as drum- lights off- nobody home. It was really irritating. We then went to the UW clinic nearby and she got 2 stitches and a tetanus shot. Please don't advertise that you are open if you are not. Especially for an urgent care facility. Please! more

Facility: Good Condition Reception Area: I checked in at 8am on a Tuesday - there was absolutely no wait and the gal at the front desk was very nice. I was less than thrilled that the other woman at the front desk was clearly sick, coughing, and talking about how sick she was...lovely. Wait time to be seen: 5 minutes. Physicians Assistant: Very Nice. Doctor: Came rushing in and didn't seem too concerned to hear all of my symptoms or medical history as she cut me off every chance she got. She did a few basic checks and told me she "had no idea" what was wrong -fair enough but at least listen to the whole story! I was less than thrilled at this point especially since I paid $50 co-pay for my 2.5 minute appointment. A doctor at Bellevue ENT WAS able to diagnose me immediately (from the second I opened my mouth... literally) and told me I had TMJ. He seemed a little confused that the first doctor was unable to tell me this. At last - I am now feeling relief after a proper diagnosis (and it only cost me 20 bucks!) That being said...I suppose Urgent Care at this facility would be ok if you had something REALLY basice (like a cough...) more

I would suggest patronizing an alternate urgent care option before choosing the Woodinville Urgent Care facility. I personally celebrated my 33rd birthday, followed by my 34th, without ever leaving the waiting room. The visit was for a routine pink eye diagnosis, as many of you know, normally takes about 15 seconds.... Doc: Your eyes are very pink. Patient: Yes, WebMD seems to clearly indicate a diagnosis of Bacterial Pink Eye, with a recommended treatment of Anti-Bacterial eye drops. Doc: I agree. All kidding aside, while the medical care was adequate, the wait was stupendously lengthy -- despite being quoted a backup of 45 minutes upon my arrival. more

If you need urgent care, Woodinville Urgent Care is a pretty good place to go. So far, the times I've been there, they've been helpful and courteous. Depending upon your luck, the wait can be an issue, but you'll know what you're in for the moment you step into the waiting room. They do try to be quick with patients, treating your problem quickly, then moving on. more
