Ghetto 5/27/2006

People were getting harassed by these local punk kids that last time that I was here. People in the theater were talking loudly during the show and it was just too annoying to go back. I am sure that you can make it there at another time on another day and not run in to this, but it isn't worth the time to try it again. more

Ford City Cinema 3/5/2006

There are so many better places to see a movie. Although they have a huge selection of first run films and offer some discounts - so do most of the theaters in Chicago. Here you will find sticky floors, employees that are less interested in serving you than gossiping amongst themselves, and poorly maintained bathrooms. This is an okay place for a group of teens to go on a Friday or Saturday night. They can feel comfortable to make a little noise and put their feet up... I'd go there if I was still in high school. more

I know that there are a lot of movies playing at this theater all the time, so most likely you will be able to find one that you want to see. In addition, it is part of the Ford City Shopping Center, so you can shop or eat while you are waiting for the movie to start. It is a pretty clean theater, I know a lot of families go see movies here. more

Ford City Cinema 8/14/2005

The Ford City Cinema is a great place to take a date or family. If you bring kids you have get a discount on the price. This will save you alot of money. The normal price for an adult is $8.00 and service is preety quick. They inforce the rules meaning no cell phones on and no loud talking. I love to go to this Cinema. more
