Decent theater, for Tucson 3/19/2006

Of all the bigger cities I have lived in or visited I would have to say Tucson has the poorest choices of movie theaters. With that being said, this is not a bad theater. There are a large number of movies usually showing and times are reasonable, but fewer discount times seem to be available. Cleanliness and bathrooms are what you would expect out of a busy theater. There are good choices nearby for dinner before or after the film. more

Not only is this theater the closest, I feel it is one of the nicest ones in Tucson. It always seems very clean and organized. There are alot of screens and a wide choice of movies. During the summer, they offer a free movie for kids and accompanying adults on Wednesdays at 10am. They are kid -appropriate movies. You can get tickets for these about a week in advance. There is also a discounted concession deal. Very friendly staff. The bathrooms are clean and have changing tables. Go to the matinées for best prices- before 6pm on weekdays and first show on weekends. more
