The selection here is moderate - it's not a mega-store, but amply sized. Layout is pretty good, bright, and easy to get around the store, except at the entrance where every seems to congregate and make it difficult to get past.
You'll find your basic fruits and vegetables, but if you're looking for something a little more unique, you should probably try Eli's.
Frozen food selection is pretty good, especially when Stouffer's has a sale.
When the butcher is in, he's really helpful for any meat, chicken or fish needs you might have - check out the manager's special on meats and fish with one day left on the sell-by date, you get a "buy one, get one free" deal that is excellent - freeze the extras!
Two things to watch out for here, though -
1 - Price, in general, not cheap, and they stopped their points plan so you don't even get any benefits to shopping there
2 - EXPIRATION DATES - so many times, I have seen products that expire in a day, like on salads, milk, dairy - just make sure you carefully check out all the labels before you put it in your basket!
