Where do I begin??? Let me see I went to the Food 4 Less on Bonanza and Pecos, 9and while I am aware of the high population of hispanic people in the area as well as this city) when I ask an employee where simple cooking oil is and he looks at me like I am crazy then of course I asked again, and he tells me ""No Speak English"" I of course was irrate!!! Let me see here you are working in an American store, in America and making American money and YOU DONT SPEAK ENGLISH what is wrong with this picture?? Needless to say I will not go back to this store or any other Food 4 Less again! Last time I checked the American Language is English.....so shouldn't you have to speak it to work here?? I mean honestly how is an employee supposed to provide customer service to anyone who speaks english if he cannot?? And incase Food 4 Less forgot customer service is the most important aspect of your business! Well since you have enough spanish speaking customers I guess the ones who speak English are not important to you anymore, and I guess our money is not good in your store either! So basically if your dont speak spanish dont go to this store and expect any assistance!
Cons: customer service was horrible....employees need to speak english to work there!
