The worst salon experience I ever had in my entire life was at Fly. The employees are beyond rude and don't bother making an appointment because apparently it does no good. The first time I went with an appointment I was told to come back in an hour because my stylist was not ready for me and in the middle of helping someone else. So, giving her the benefit of the doubt, I came back in one hour only to find her not even there. I had to wait another 15 minutes for her to arrive. Finally, after almost two hours past my original appointment she washed my hair, cut it and then shoved me in a corner under a drier for another 20 minutes while she started on someone else! She could tell I was not happy and, to her credit, she did apologize and only charged me half price for the cut. I mistakely believed this to be a forgivable mishap and regretfully returned. On my second trip to the salon I was amazed that, yet again, my stylist had double booked and was doing another persons hair when I arrived. Again I was shoved into a corner under a dryer with a wet head watching her do someone else's hair. Visably upset and very perturbed at this point, she proceeded to confront me. In front of everyone she berated me and yelled at me, accusing me of having a bad attitude and telling me that the world doesn't revolve around me. I was so mortified I could barely stand it. The last time I checked, the sole reason for making an appointment is based entirely on the notion that the world does NOT revolve around you. I will NEVER go back to Fly ever again and I strongly urge anyone reading this... do not subject yourself to the vulgar, offensive and disrespectful staff of Fly. It was truly a horrible experience.
Cons: Rude and offensive staff
