Never go here. \r
I ordered a Valentines day gift for my husband from here. One of the employees called and told me they didn't have it in stock and offered to let me come in and figure out what I wanted to replace it with. I went into the store and was greeted by the employee who called me. She started helping me but told me I had to wait for Shirley to get off the phone. I waited 20 minutes for her to get off the phone then got a very rude greeting from Shirley. She wasn't willing to help me figure out what I wanted to replace the gift with. She began criticizing her employee who WAS trying to help me decide what I wanted to get. At this point I'd been in the store for over 30 minutes. Right in the middle of the employee making suggestions and helping me set up the gift, Shirley pulls her away, back to where the flowers are placed, and very loudly tells her employee to get me out of the store, that it wasn't time to chit-chat. The employee told her I was trying to figure out what to replace my original order with, Shirley told her she didn't get, to get me out. At this point I felt like I'd done something wrong by trying to keep my business there and apologized to the employee. While doing so, Shirley again was trying to get me out of the store. The employee made it clear Shirley often treats her employees poorly and doesn't care whom is standing there. \r
I will not go back to Flowers by Shirley Page. I will never recommend them either. Employees should never be treated so poorly, especially in front of customers.
