Bob worked on my 2011 Sonata for rear suspension work. Everyone was absolutely friendly and knowledgeable. They didn't have my car for a long time, I was very pleased with the results! more

Very Accommodating 4/25/2017

I took my car to Florence Auto Body Inc. because I was in a car accident and the insurance company of the lady that hit me had recommended this shop to me. I was very happy with the job they did on my car. They were very accommodating and I would recommend them to other people. more

Satisfied with Service 6/15/2016

I really like that you can see your car being worked on via photos and able to ask questions via email. The response of the email could improve and the accuracy of the information given to your questions. Example: First I was told I had damages when I asked for detail and amount , their answer was no you have no damages but when I went to pick up my car I saw the check and received a new invoice listing damages that I was told I didn't have . Talked to Bob (Owner) and he explained everything. So my experience was affected by the inaccurate information. more

I have been a repeat customer of Florence Auto Body for a long time. They have serviced my motorcycle, my Grand Cherokee, and my '14 Escape. Their customer service is very friendly and explain the process each time. They are the only shop I use and I would recommend them. more

The place to go if you want your car to look like new! 5/8/2015

We've been using Florence Auto Body Inc. for at least 20 years. We've had some maintenance done on our cars, as well as body work on every vehicle we own. We are very happy with the work they do. Their prices are reasonable, they're friendly, and they're just really really good. more

My car (Betty) looked great 11/25/2014

Love the website where I could go and look at the progress of my car. From the beginning I was told what the procedure would be as far as getting a code and being able to view but that didn't happened. No one called me, I search the site myself and looked for my car to find my code. I called to inquire about the completion date and didn't not receive a call until it was done. When I went to pick up car receptionist was very friendly and my car looked great. more

Bad job 11/11/2013

Not happy customer at all. I can see having an issue or two but my truck has many from Florence auto body hers my list of poor work done debris in paint and not just a little , they used my front seat as a work bench now stained and even posted me pics from their website , also over spray all over shocks tire springs rubber moldings when I asked about it his comment was it will come off eventually runs in paint scratches from them , scrapes on all plastic moldings they. took off didn't bother replacing the tire that was damaged poor poor job!!!! more

Trust that they will take care of you 7/15/2013

I brought my car into Florence Auto Body they were fast - only had it for about five hours. They had to replace the bumper and muffler system because I was rear ended. Everything turned out perfect. Like new again. I would absolutely use them again. Just trust that Florence Auto Body will take care of you! more

I took it in there. They said what they were going to do, and got it done in the time they said they would. They called me as soon as it was done, everything looks like new. I had been a couple times before for mechanical work as well. more
