How do we say how wonderful or experience was working with you. As Julie said, I heart Bill. We had so many compliments on all the flowers. Bill at FLoral Events was outstanding at his dedication and love for design. HE has a true artists eye and was able to really take my arrangements to the next level. Staying in the budget, he was really able to give more POW for cost of the arrangements...so much so that everyone was asking who did my arrangements and couldnt wait to take them home! He was timely, professional, and the flowers were so incredibly fresh...they lasted a long time!!! more

I just wanted to say WOW and THANK YOU so incredibly much for the absolutely fabulous arrangements you worked with my husband on for our second anniversary this past weekend. We had a "second honeymoon" of sorts by doing a short "staycation" at the InterContinental. When I opened the door to our suite, I immediately saw the large arrangement you had done as the mini replication of our church flowers. It was so beautiful! The duplication of one of our reception centerpieces was the perfect touch in the bedroom. It looked just as it did at our reception! Finally, the last arragment, that you planned, was the bouquet - it was probably the most touching, as it was so personal for me. It was so elegant the way you arranged it in the vase, and was the perfect centepiece on the coffee table in the living room. Everywhere I turned I saw big, beautiful roses and hydrangeas, and I was reminded all throughout the holiday weekend of our wedding. I can't thank you enough for being so kind to work with my husband for this very special occasion for us. I know you mainly only do weddings and events, so it meant the world to me that you took on this little "event". You did such an amazing job for our wedding two years ago, so it was no surprise how lovely these three anniversary arrangements turned out. I also understand that you went above and beyond by having the flowers delivered to the hotel on Sunday, so they would be there when we checked in. Again, there is no surprise there that you would go above and beyond for your clients. You were my favorite vendor to work with two years ago, this is one of the reasons why. You care about your clients... and it always shows. So, again, I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping to make our anniversary one that we will never forget. Bill at Floral Events was great! He was a great listener and did a good job of suggesting things but also trying to get a feel for what we wanted, even though we didn't have anything definite in mind. He worked in our budget and was very forthcoming with details of costs and exactly what would be in each piece. We also had a last minute request that he easily accomodated. Bill is not the most "tech savvy" guy - he doesn't really do emails and will still hand write out quotes and bills - but he really knows his flowers. He always gave us personal attention and even came to our church to talk to me personally on the day of my wedding. And the flowers were spectacular! We got so many compliments and I was beyond happy. Meet with Bill and you will be so impressed with his customer service and professionalism! more

Sorry I just missed you on Sunday - I would have had the opportunity to thank you in person for the lovely and incredible floral decor you and your staff provided for our NCL party! From the moment I first met with you and throughout the wedding planning I was impressed with quality of service you provided for me. The first time I sat in your office I felt comfortable working with you to create the image I desired for my wedding flowers. You are a very talented florist, and also patient in working with your customers. I appreciate everything you did to make my wedding look beautiful, I know you went above and beyond in providing exceptional service to me. I don't want to leave out that you were always very prompt, and responsible with the dates that we had agreed upon for the bridal portrait, and meetings. The day of my wedding I was shocked to see how amazing you had set everything up, I know you did extra stuff to make the church and reception hall look gorgeous. Everyone complimented me about how beautiful everything was and I know I owe that greatly to you. I know you wouldn't want me to mention this, but you were also generous towards me and even gave me the bridal bouquet as a gift since you knew the tight budget I was under. The bouquet you made for my portraits today was absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!! It was exactly like what I envisioned...I saw some of the pictures as they were taken today and the bouquet really made the pictures pop. The pink colors were beautiful and and the bright pink matched my shoes perfectly!! more

I have had the great fortune of working with Bill Ryan of Floral Events for the past 3 years and have always been pleased with his beautiful arrangements! He is always on time when doing an installation and teardown and consistantly adds more ...than what was expected of him in his work and design.
