I will do no more business with this company. As part of an insurance claim, I placed an order for replacement linoleum in June 2008. The Salesman (Bill) said the order was placed. Then in September he called saying he had not yet placed the order and maybe needed to change patterns. Finally he ordered the material. He sent his installation crew out without any notice to me so they had to wait two hours before going home. Then the next day he sent them out again, this time giving me his cell phone number (which he did not answer). The crew arrived 40 minutes late, and only had a portion of the required material. I sent them home and am terminating my business with Floor King. This is the worst customer service I have received from ANY vendor of ANYTHING in Austin. My advice: Avoid doing any business with this company and get everything in writing.
