I couldn't give this business a higher review. After a nightmare of dealing with another HVAC company with extremely poor customer service, I contacted Nat for a second opinion after he was referred to me by a friend. \r
The other HVAC company had fixed a minor problem on my furnace and then had to return a week later when the furnace again stopped working. Besides it taking over 24 hours for them to finally get to me (on both calls), showing up 2 hours later than the 2 hour window they originally gave me with no apology, treating me incredibly rude on the phone on several occasions and acting like I couldn't possibly understand the high tech nature of what they were doing to fix the furnace, they spent 2 minutes looking at the furnace and told me it needed completely replaced due to a cracked heating exchange.\r
I called Nat at 4pm in the afternoon asking if he could possibly come out the next day to look at my furnace and give his diagnosis. He instead said he'd be happy to come by that evening when I got off work to try to get us heat the same day. Once he arrived, he walked me through every step of the process of what he was doing. Turns out my heat exchange was in fact, not cracked and the furnace didn't need replaced as the other company told me. He ended up having to order the part to fix the furnace, but got it quickly and was back the next day on my lunch break to install the part and get the furnace working. He even showed me simple quick fixes I could try myself if I had problems with the furnace in the future. \r
As someone else said in their review, I am also a single mom and I was very comfortable having Nat in my home. His friendly, professional nature puts you at ease and you can feel he is genuine in his diagnosis and suggestions. His prices are very fair, & he is knowledgeable and quick in his service, with no additional fees to come out after hours. I will certainly use Nat again in the future, and will recommend him to all that I know. \r
