Renttoday.us is a property management firm located in Ontario, California. Over the last 10 years, we have managed thousands and thousands of residential homes, condos, townhouses, and apartment buildings for individual owners, investors, banks, and financial institutions. Our business continues to grow every single day mainly from referrals of existing owners and we are very proud and grateful of that. When we take on the management of any property, we sincerely do our very best to provide the highest level of customer service possible and we spend a good majority of our time trying to figure out how to make our services, better, faster, more efficient, and more affordable for our clients whether they be owners or tenants. We are in business to make our clients happy and if we didn't successfully do this on a fairly regular basis we would not be in business for very long I would imagine!
For our owners, we offer our initial services without asking for any money whatsoever up front. We do not get paid unless we have done our job and successfully leased out their home. We do this because we are confident in our services and our skills and it puts our clients at ease and creates a virtually ""no risk"" business arrangement between us and the owner. On top of that, our monthly management fees are the lowest in the industry at just 5.9%! We also work very hard to keep all lines of communication as open as possible so that we can be reached for questions at any time. All of our staff members carry Blackberries, have laptops so that after hours or on weekends we can still be reached and communicated with. We also have an owner portal, a Facebook, a twitter, and a myriad of other ways a client can speak to us. We pride ourselves in our accessibility and transparency and it's one of the ways we differentiate ourselves from other companies who barely have an email account. For tenants, we allow them to apply for a home absolutely free on-line through our website Renttoday.us! Most companies charge $30 per adult to screen their application or before they can even see the address of a listing. We offer all of this at no charge in order to encourage tenants to apply for our homes so they will lease faster for our clients. This is just one way we have determined we can offer better customer service in our company!
