Although it is an okay club and I have generally no bad things to say about the equipment, the treatment towards current members is horrible. Recently, their classrooms went under construction without notifying us (or the teachers) and when we showed up for class we were greeted by a sign. It took a week for them to put up a sign that we couldn't attend for an additional 2 weeks. When management was approached, they refused to compensate anyone for the inconvenience, suspend membership during the remodel, or even admit their communication was lacking. I was even told that the upgrades were because they were expecting new members. Why should current members pay for that? Even the teachers felt that we should be reimbursed for the time we couldn't attend.
Pros: MSC & Pilates classes
Cons: Terrible customer service, too expensive
