My husband was rear–ended on his way to work and was pushed into another car. Peter Briskin took care of everything and informed both my husband and I on where the case stood each step of the way. He was able to resolve this matter within one year. Thank you a lot. more

Falling in front of apartment building 4/8/2011

I live in Elmwood Park, NJ. Because of snow during the winter time, I fell in front of my apartment building. Falling on ice is painful for anyone but I am 85 year old and the fall caused me to fracture my hip which required surgery and implant of a metal rod into my leg. The apartment complex is responsible for making sure that the snow is removed and the sidewalks are safe for pedestrians. Attorneys from law office of Fishbeyn & Briskin are very helpful in guiding me though the legal process. more
