The staff doesn't know ANYTHING about the rodents. They make up names of hamsters. They either don't know what they have or are misrepresenting. They don't give accurate information on the animals. Their rodents all have fleas or mites because they have bald spots and sores. Also their prices are so ridiculous it's laughable. They want between $18 and $24 for hamsters. You can get them at Elmer's in Monroeville for between $9.99 and $11.99 (and they are much cleaner and healthier). If you are thinking of buying a rodent for a pet please do research and know what you are looking for.
