I brought my MAC Mini in to get some assistance with repairs ( problems with operating sys and wireless). Got no calls for 2 weeks then was told my wireless card was toast $300.00 some to replace. They never looked at my computer because they didn't have my password. So they basically lied about what they had done. Maybe it was a disconnect between the front and back but I still got pretty much nothing and it took a long time. I will never go back and I will never buy anything from them again. more

I can't say enough good things about First Tech 7/29/2005

If you own an Apple computer, I recommend First Tech! We had a hard repair and Apple refused to cover it under our warrenty even though it was half their fault. To fix it would have been $1000. We brought it to First Tech and the repair man called on our behalf and convinced Apple to fix it for us for free!! Wonderful, wonderful service. more
