If I could give a zero I would. First Stop Appliance is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. They came out on June 12 to fix the oven and told me they would order the part and would get back to me the next week. Over the next 3 months I called about 6 times and spoke to the owner who said each time he would call me back. He never called. 6 days ago he said he had the part in and would be here on Tuesday September 12 by 1:00 p.m. He did not show up. I called and he said they double booked and would have to reschedule. I told him it was unacceptable in that I had taken the day off and was losing a lot of money because of it. He said he could not do anything because he had other appointments. He could not care less that I had taken the day off and that he promised to come out today after 3 months. If I were you I would not go near First Stop Appliances.
